Recently, the WeddingLux team had the privilege of designing and installing bespoke signage for an unforgettable celebration at The Savoy Hotel, London. A venue synonymous with timeless glamour, heritage and world-class service, The Savoy provided the perfect backdrop for a wedding defined by elegance, scale and extraordinary attention to detail.

Over 200 Mirror Place Names: A Tablescape Statement
At the heart of the reception design were over 200 individual mirror acrylic place names, each precision-engraved and finished in reflective mirror to elevate the tablescape.
Placed carefully across the dining layout, the mirror names caught the light beautifully, adding a layer of luxury that felt both contemporary and timeless. Beyond their practical purpose, they became keepsakes — personal, tactile details that guests admired long after taking their seats.

A 2.2 Metre Engagement Photo Welcome Statement
Guests were greeted by a 2.2 metre engagement photo welcome sign, designed as a bold statement piece that immediately set the tone for the day.
Featuring a beautifully scaled engagement photograph, refined typography and balanced layout, the sign created a striking first impression — one that felt perfectly at home within the grandeur of The Savoy’s interiors.
This wasn’t just signage. It was storytelling at scale.
Gold Mirror Wedding Monograms & Engraved Details
To complement the venue’s rich architectural details, we created gold mirror engraved monograms and welcome elements, carefully designed to feel opulent without overwhelming the space.
Gold mirror was chosen for its warmth, reflectivity and ability to harmonise with The Savoy’s iconic interiors. Each piece was engraved with precision, resulting in signage that felt bespoke, refined and undeniably luxurious.
These details quietly elevated the entire experience — subtle, considered and beautifully executed.
