Returns Policy

Due to the personalised nature of our items, all products are made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns.

Packages with Damaged or Missing Items

Please check your package contents immediately upon receipt. If you notice any damage or missing items, contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery acceptance to file a claim.

To report an issue, please provide:

Your name and order number

A detailed description of the damage or issue

A clear photograph of the item(s)

Send your claim to hello@weddinglux.co.uk.

Making Changes to an Existing Order

If you need to update details on your order (e.g. address, colour choice), please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate changes if your order has not yet been processed.

Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make further amendments.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email hello@weddinglux.co.uk and send your item to:

Customers are responsible for return postage costs. Please ensure items are securely packaged and returned within a reasonable time after notifying us.

Cancellations

We only accept full cancellations if your order has not been processed. To cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of purchase by emailing hello@weddinglux.co.uk.

If your order has already been processed or 14 days have passed since the order date, cancellations will incur a 30% charge.

If your order has entered production or has been dispatched, we cannot offer a refund or make further amendments.
