You can personalise names, table assignments and the wedding date, and choose from our selection of custom font signs to suit your venue styling. Text colour options follow the selected finish (black or white where available). Select dome top or rectangle shapes and we’ll ensure the slim line table numbers match the main plan for a cohesive look across your reception signage.
How to Order

- Add your personalised wording and choose your font in the personalisation box at checkout.
- If required, add holes for suspension and include any alignment or layout notes.
- Complete your order—if details are TBC, enter TBC and confirm them before your required date.
Production & Delivery
Orders over £50 include a design proof, normally sent within 3–4 working days once we have your personalisation details. You’ll have the opportunity to check and approve the design before production begins.
Standard orders are typically delivered within 1–2 weeks. Need it sooner? Express options are available — simply message us with your wedding or required-by date and we’ll advise on the quickest option.
Display & Styling
- Portrait or landscape orientation works well at welcome areas, beside the top table or at venue entrances.
- Holes for suspension allow hanging from a frame or structure; otherwise place on an easel (not included).
- Black and white signs pair neatly with minimalist decor, greenery installations or structured table styling.
Care
Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth and avoid abrasive cleaners to preserve the UV printed surface.
