The design focuses on clean typography, precise laser engraving and materials selected to complement your colour palette.
Each circular disc is 60mm diameter x 3mm thick and is designed to feel considered rather than mass-produced — mix frosted acrylic, clear acrylic or natural wood across tables, or keep one material for a consistent, modern layout.

You can engrave each guest’s name and optionally add the couple’s names and wedding date. Choose font, alignment and uppercase/lowercase styling so the discs integrate with your table plan. Natural wood will show subtle grain variation; frosted and clear acrylic provide a neutral backdrop that makes engraving read clearly. If you’d like matching wording or a small monogram, include this in your guest list upload and we’ll apply the same treatment across items.
How to Order
1. Select material (frosted acrylic, clear acrylic or natural wood) and the quantity required.
2. Choose your font, alignment and add guest names; include couple’s names and wedding date if required.
3. Upload a spreadsheet or paste names into the personalisation box at checkout with clear instructions for any mixed-material orders.
4. Place your order. For orders over £50 we’ll send a design proof once we have your personalisation details.
Production & Delivery
Standard orders are typically delivered within 1–2 weeks. Orders over £50 include a design proof, normally sent within 3–4 working days once we have your personalisation details — you’ll be able to check and approve before production begins. Need it sooner? Express options are available — simply message Wedding Lux with your wedding or required-by date and we’ll advise on the quickest available option.
