What is the order process?

To place an order, you can either add the necessary information to your cart on our website or send the details to hello@weddinglux.co.uk in a separate email. If you wish to take advantage of a sale price but need more time to confirm specifics, you can write "TBC" (to be confirmed) and provide the details later.

Once we receive your order and all relevant information, we will send a design proof within 1-3 days. We will collaborate with you on any amendments to ensure you are completely satisfied. After approval, your order will proceed to production (1-2 days) and then be delivered within 1 day from dispatch.

Please check your item upon receipt to ensure everything is as expected.

Absolutely. We provide digital proofs for all bespoke orders within 3
days of ordering to ensure every detail is perfect before production begins.

Are there additional charges for rush orders or last-minute requests?

What is the Fast Track Option?

The Fast Track option is our
expedited service designed for urgent needs. With this option, we can complete
your request and fulfil within as little as 24 hours (collections) 2-3 days and
4-5 days. It’s ideal for emergencies or time-sensitive situations.

How quickly can you deliver using the Fast Track Option?

Depending on the nature and
complexity of your request, you can collect within 24 hours, we can deliver in
as little as 48 hours. For less urgent fast-track requests, it may take up to
2-3 days or 4-5 days, but we always aim to meet your specific deadlines. Just

Do you accept collections?

Do you have a gallery or showroom I can visit?

We’re excited to announce that from October 2025, we will be welcoming
guests to our brand-new showroom. In the meantime, we are currently operating
from our warehouse in Shropshire. We’re happy to arrange virtual consultations
or provide additional images of our work if you'd like to explore our designs
before then.
